Michael has over 18 years of experience in neurological rehabilitation in acute, sub-acute and chronic settings. He has always been fascinated with movement, the brain, and its ability to change.
He has trained with some of the best neurological physiotherapists in the industry. He is passionate about evidence-based practise and professional development. He regularly attends courses, webinars and conferences to keep up to date.
He completed a Masters degree in Clinical Rehabilitation (Neurological Physiotherapy) and a Graduate Diploma in Neurological Rehabilitation. He enjoys helping clients achieve their goals and using his knowledge and resources to maximise their functional gains.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University, Melbourne (2010). He has over 15 years of experience in the community sector across Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and regional WA (Kalgoorlie).
He has worked with many clients with neurological conditions such as Parkinson's Disease, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy and Acquired Brain Injury.
He is fluent in Vietnamese and English. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their full potential.
Outside of work, he enjoys practising martial arts, rock climbing, hiking, camping and travelling with his fur-baby named Copper.
Dimitra is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist who completed a Master of Speech Pathology at La Trobe University in 2008. Dimitra’s primary area of practice has been helping people who have communication and/or swallowing problems from a neurological injury (such as stroke or traumatic brain injury) or a neurological illness (such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, dementia, motor neurone disease).
She has over 17 years of professional clinical experience, with the majority of her career working in multidisciplinary Stroke/Neurological rehabilitation in the community setting. Dimitra is a Lee Silverman Voice Therapy (LSVT ©) LOUD Certified Clinician. She has also provided clinical education to student Speech Pathologists within the public health setting.
Anne has over 18 years of experience working predominantly within the public health sector. She graduated from La Trobe University in 2006 and has since worked across various clinical areas within a community health and community rehabilitation setting. Anne has extensive experience in adult neurological rehabilitation, occupation-based practice, home modifications and equipment prescription.
Anne has a strong interest in neurological rehabilitation (particularly stroke rehab) and clinical supervision of staff and students. She has always enjoyed the home-based nature of her work, as a client’s occupations can be addressed within their own environment. As an Occupational Therapist, Anne believes working within a client’s own home and community facilitates the best outcomes.
In her spare time, Anne enjoys taking dance classes, baking and distributing baked goods to workmates!
Cooper is a qualified Exercise Physiologist. He completed a 3 year Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement followed by a 2 year Masters degree in Applied Science for Exercise Rehabilitation.
He has worked in both the public and private sectors for the past 9 years—each providing valuable experience in rehabilitation for a range of chronic neurological conditions.
He enjoys his neurological caseload where he can prescribe tailored exercise programs for clients with conditions such as Stroke, Muscular Dystrophy, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and more.
He values the interactions with the people around him and can rest assured knowing that his input contributes to the betterment of people's lives.
Larita holds a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance from the Kangan Institute. She has been working in the community with NeuroAbiltiy Rehabilitation as a Therapy Assistant for 5 years now, working in interdisciplinary teams.
She loves learning about the anatomy and physiology of the human body. She enjoys learning about the different types of neurological disorders and the rehabilitation that we can help provide.
She values building connections with people and take pride in knowing that she has done the best she can do for each client in making them feel safe and comfortable after every session. She loves listening to music, cross-stitching, going on walks, and practising martial arts in her spare time.
Lini Nguyen holds a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance from Victoria University and has been an integral part of the NeuroAbility Rehabilitation team for the past two years. In her role as a Therapy Assistant, Lini works collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to provide tailored support to clients, helping them navigate their rehabilitation journeys.
In her personal time, Lini enjoys listening to music, practicing boxing to stay active, and cherishing moments with her family. Her balanced approach to work and leisure reflects her commitment to personal growth and well-being.

Franjeline Buenaventura is an experienced Allied Health Assistant specializing in rehabilitation and community care. With a background at Western Health’s Community-Based Rehabilitation program under the Division of Chronic and Complex Care, she has worked across Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Pathology in both in-hospital and community settings.
Holding a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (2020) from Kangan Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (2016) from Far Eastern University in Manila, Philippines, Franjeline combines clinical skills with psychological insight to support clients in improving their function and independence. Dedicated and compassionate, she works weekends to deliver client-centered care and enhance quality of life.
